RizenRx Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 30, 2026
1. Introduction
RizenRx is a brand and online platform operated by GH Services LLC (“GH Services,” “RizenRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information and health information you provide when using our website, products, and services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you visit https://rizenrx.com, submit a medical intake form, communicate with us, place an order, or otherwise use our services.
Our services may involve independent healthcare professionals, the LocumTele provider network, independent dispensing pharmacies, payment processors, and other service providers.
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by GH Services LLC in operating the RizenRx website and coordinating its services. Independent healthcare professionals and dispensing pharmacies may also maintain information about you under their own legal responsibilities and privacy notices.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the RizenRx website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this notice. Where applicable law requires separate consent or authorization for a particular use or disclosure of information, we will request that consent or authorization separately.
2. Company Information and Contact Details
RizenRx is operated by:
GH Services LLC
5710 Tonopah Drive
San Jose, CA 95123
Email: support@rizenrx.com
Website: https://rizenrx.com
For questions about this Privacy Policy or requests concerning information held by GH Services LLC, contact support@rizenrx.com.
3. How Our Healthcare Services Work
RizenRx coordinates access to telehealth services and prescription products through independent healthcare professionals and dispensing pharmacies.
Our service arrangement generally works as follows:
You submit an online medical intake form through RizenRx.
LocumTele facilitates assignment of an available clinician from its provider network.
The assigned clinician independently reviews your submitted medical information and determines whether treatment is appropriate.
If a prescription is authorized, it may be sent to an authorized dispensing pharmacy.
Depending on the medication, your state of residence, and pharmacy availability, the prescription may be fulfilled by Rush Pharmacy or Epiq Scripts.
RizenRx uses a rotating clinician model. The healthcare professional assigned to review your intake may differ from the clinician assigned to a future consultation or treatment request.
The clinician responsible for your care will be identified to you through the applicable patient communication or account system. You will also be provided with a method of contacting that clinician.
GH Services LLC operates the RizenRx website and coordinates administrative, customer service, payment, and order-related activities. GH Services LLC does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or dispense prescription products.
The clinician responsible for your care and the dispensing pharmacy may maintain separate medical, prescription, and health information records and may provide their own privacy notices.

RizenRx does not intend to disclose medical intake responses, medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescription details, or clinical records to advertising partners for targeted advertising.
We do not sell medical records or consumer health data to advertisers.

Where applicable, we provide choices concerning non-essential cookies and advertising technologies. You may also exercise applicable privacy rights as described below.
You may adjust cookie settings through available website privacy controls or your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
9. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
GH Services LLC does not sell medical intake information, clinical records, prescription information, or consumer health data to advertisers.
However, certain online identifiers and website activity information may be disclosed to advertising or analytics partners through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies. Under certain privacy laws, these disclosures may constitute a sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may submit an opt-out request through:
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information:
https://rizenrx.com/donotsell
Where required by applicable law, we also recognize qualifying Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
An opt-out request does not prevent disclosures necessary to provide a service you request, disclosures required by law, or other disclosures permitted by applicable law.
We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Protection of Medical and Sensitive Information
We recognize that medical and health information is sensitive.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Access to sensitive information should be limited to individuals and service providers who need the information to perform their authorized responsibilities.
We do not intentionally make medical intake information, prescription details, or clinical records available to advertising partners for targeted advertising.
Healthcare providers and dispensing pharmacies may maintain separate systems and records subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

RizenRx may communicate with you through email, text messages, telephone calls, or the applicable patient communication or account system.
Administrative communications may include account notices, order confirmations, customer service messages, billing information, and shipping updates.
Where possible, sensitive medical details should be communicated through the designated secure patient communication system or another method approved by the healthcare professional.
Ordinary email and text messages may not provide the same level of protection as a secure patient portal. We seek to avoid including unnecessary sensitive medical details in ordinary email or text messages.
Do not use ordinary email or text messages to communicate emergency medical information or time-sensitive medical concerns.
Where a separate authorization is required for a specific type of communication, disclosure, or use of health information, we will request that authorization separately.
12. Retention of Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accounts, process orders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
The retention period depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal requirements, and the entity maintaining the information.
Medical records maintained by an independent healthcare professional or medical group are retained according to the applicable provider's legal, professional, and record-retention obligations.
Prescription and pharmacy records maintained by a dispensing pharmacy are retained according to applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
GH Services LLC may retain administrative, payment, customer service, order, and other business records for the periods required or permitted by applicable law.
When information is no longer needed, it will be deleted, destroyed, or de-identified as appropriate, subject to legal retention obligations, permitted exceptions, and backup-system limitations.
A request to delete information does not require an independent healthcare professional or pharmacy to destroy records that must be retained under applicable law.
