Refund policy
We mindfully produce our supplements with the intention of complementing your health and wellness journey and it’s very important to us that you benefit from them. We mean business on this one.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Organa product(s) on your first time purchase, send us an email at support@organanutrition.com within 30 days after receiving your item and we will refund you in full.
*This policy only applies for the first time you purchase each product and does not apply if you buy a multipack (3-pack or 6-pack).
You acknowledge and agree that Organa has no obligation to provide a refund for any products. Although we may grant refunds, we examine refunds on a case by case basis and have the sole discretion in granting or denying any refunds.

Please follow the exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details. A customer service representative will contact you within 48-72 hours of receiving your request. Damaged item(s) must be reported to Organas' customer service within seven (7) days of receiving your shipment, or they are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Please contact us at support@organanutrition.com to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on organanutrition.com are processed immediately and packed in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Because of this, we are usually unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. We only allow 1 hour after your order is placed to cancel it. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Once an order is received, you can ask for a return label and get a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a subscription, we cannot refund you in full for an already processed and received order.
You receive an email three days prior to any subscription product processing and being shipped, so you can modify, skip or cancel before it ships if you no longer want the product. Once the product has shipped, we cannot cancel it as it goes into our third party logistics team. If you have received the order but no longer want the product, we can refund you with a return fee that will depend on your zip code.
INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we don’t provide international returns at this point in time.

Organa Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by customs.
Organa is not responsible for duplicated orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
