Shipping policy
ORDER FULFILLMENT
- To the best of our abilities, orders placed before 12 p.m. EST on a business day will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship the following business day.
- No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday or any federal holiday.
- Products will ship out from our warehouse network spread across the US

FREE SHIPPING
Shipping is FREE for all US Auto-Renew. Code applied automatically at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping are applicable only in the United States and only applies to Standard USPS Shipping, which usually takes 3-7 business days.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Any order containing at least one subscription item with a delivery address in the United States will receive FREE shipping. The shipping fee for subsequent deliveries of the subscription item will remain free throughout the duration of the subscription.
Free shipping only applies to Standard USPS Shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
We strive to ship all website orders out as soon as possible. Standard shipping will ship within 2 business days from the time the order is placed and be received within 3-7 business days (often sooner!), depending on your ZIP code.
Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Monday/Tuesday. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday or any federal holiday.

ORDER UPDATES
Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email throughout the fulfillment and delivery process. CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will not refund the shipping charges due to: incorrect address, incorrect information provided, or refusal by the recipient. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
Organa is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.
